I agree with the previous comments. We've been customers since July 2022. NOTHING has been done properly…incorrect account details, wrong cards, over €200 in fees charged without justification…and many other problems too numerous to list. The incompetent advisor didn't even apologize for all the mistakes made. Everything needs monitoring…truly appalling. I strongly advise against using this agency!!!!
