I've been with this bank for 10 years and have had excellent advisors, even at a professional level. However, the new advisor is haughty and doesn't answer our questions, so we haven't taken out another mortgage with you. We're very disappointed, and apparently, this hasn't reached any higher up the hierarchy.

Same experience as the previous review! If I could have given a zero, I would have! I took out my mortgage with this bank with a top-notch advisor! Available and who knew how to do what was necessary to keep their customers! They didn't hesitate to charge a 9 euro bank fee from a young teenager's account because there was a 1 euro overdraft following the debit of the bank card fee! An account that normally can't be overdrawn except, of course, when the bank has to charge a 1 euro fee! No mercy! And your advisor who just tells you, "It's up to them to manage the budget." Doesn't even try to contact you! Even though the funds are in other accounts! A DISGRACE! The bank or advisor is not at all accommodating! Today, a contemptuous, unpleasant advisor who prefers to trample on her clients. So we decided to change banks! There are plenty of others, so move on! A branch to avoid!

I first came to this branch a few years ago to take out a mortgage on my primary residence, thanks to a very professional advisor who provided regular follow-up and unparalleled customer service. Unfortunately, he was replaced by someone who is absent, ineffective, and completely neglects their clients. I have no contact with them unless I initiate it, and even then, it's either a brief reply or no reply at all. It's appalling to have such little regard for customers. Today, I get better service and better customer support from my online bank. Avoid at all costs...

Hello, It's a shame we can't give less than one star, or even a negative review (below zero stars). I had already submitted a review about a communication problem with my advisor, who was unreachable. He's just changed, and I contacted the new advisor, who isn't even in place yet, even though I received a letter stating he was new. I had a little hope. I contacted reception at the beginning of the week, but still nothing. In any case, it's best to look elsewhere. We contacted the previous advisor about ten times, plus the manager, but it was a struggle to even get them to tell us they were working on our case. I'm closing two accounts and have gone to another bank. It shouldn't be difficult for them to do better.
