The person on the phone was extremely unpleasant. The person handling calls should find another job, as they are completely unqualified for this line of work. It's utter nonsense, I've never seen anything like it. They hung up on me while I was explaining the difficulties I'm having with my account application. I simply wanted to know if it was a general technical issue they couldn't resolve. I haven't been able to log in for 10 days: each time I get a message saying "technical problem has occurred, please try again later." The man hung up on me without even calling me back. I strongly advise against using this agency.
Excellent contact and responsiveness to my problem, although the solution cannot be entirely managed by Banque Populaire. My case was handled perfectly, and the client's communication was appreciated. I recommend this agency.
While passing through to make a withdrawal, I completed the entire transaction until the machine announced a technical problem!!! Obviously, the agent appears to have withdrawn from my account. So I went to the branch reception desk and was greeted with the only question: "Which bank are you with?" They clarified that it wasn't theirs, but the immediate response of "we can't help you sort anything out with your bank" wasn't really appropriate! A strange way to welcome potential future customers. Stay away.
Excellent. Quality service, attentive to both personal and professional needs. I recommend them.
A disappointment. I've had problems with my bank card. I've made several calls to the bank and sent two messages to my advisor (who has since changed, whom I've never met, and who doesn't respond when contacted). Each time, I have to explain the problem again, only to be told: you can change your bank card, but it will cost you. How is that possible?! My card is defective, and I'm the one who has to pay for the replacement... I pay €10.50 a month for my card, and now I'm supposed to pay for this on top of everything else? To which they reply: "Oh, well, I'll ask your advisor for a goodwill gesture..." Another two months have passed, and of course, no news. I'm still stuck with a defective card. I've been with Banque Populaire for over 10 years. But this is the last straw. I'm switching banks. And I'm certainly not thanking you.
