I'm shocked! 😡 My one simple question and was meet with a condescending arrogance I haven't experienced in decades. 😡 Absolute shocking! 😡 Time to cancel my account! - But of course, that's another 'service' BOI is making difficult (not available online/on app) and only possible in the branch 😡

The worst bank ever. My online account was blocked and went to the bank. The lady told me to call the call center. Called the call center and was told that I needed to go to a branch in person. No professionalism and extremely unhelpful. Never go there again. You will be wasting your time.

Called the branch number - went through approx 4-5 sets of call prompts - then spoke to someone in Dublin rather than the branch who transferred me to the branch & got their voicemail. Was calling from the US - very poor experience. Surely it can be a little simpler?

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon. Waited in line at the window, only to be told that I should wait in the lobby for someone to come and help me. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes or more before anyone came to help. Then was just ushered into a corner where there was a computer that I could use to experience the exact same problem that I was experiencing on my home computer -- the reason I came into the bank in the first place. Waited on hold on the phone for 30 mins or so, then was told I should go into a branch. I told them I was calling from a branch and then they told me that their systems were down and that I should try again in 15 mins. That was over a week ago. All I want to do is be able to withdraw money from my account. Once I finally sort out how to do so, I'll be withdrawing all of my money from the account and taking my business elsewhere.
