Immense disappointment and disrespect from this bank. I've been waiting for almost 20 minutes and it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach an advisor despite the urgent need for an answer. Since we can't go there in person, I'm very disappointed with this service. After long minutes on hold with the automated message looping endlessly, we're finally hung up on, and this happens several times in a row. I also want to point out that it was the advisor herself, whom we called earlier this week, who told us to call back today.

Numerous follow-ups have been made to schedule an appointment with an advisor regarding a mortgage. I've received no response other than from the receptionist (whom I nonetheless thank sincerely for her promptness). The fact remains that I cannot rely on them for my request: it's been 1.5 months and 4 follow-ups without any response or appointment. It's very disappointing.
