Likewise, my registered letter wasn't picked up even though the branch was open. I had addressed it to one of their sales representatives, but the letterhead was clearly Banque Populaire. They were unable to retrieve this registered letter for 15 days. Furthermore, they made me take out a credit contract without my consent (the sales representative's response: simply sending the contract was sufficient as consent, and yes, the rate was very attractive, but there was another essential condition for me), and they looked down their noses at me. The problem still hasn't been resolved despite a commitment from the branch manager, who took at least two months to acknowledge their error. To avoid further inconvenience, I only asked them for written evidence, but once again, they still seem to believe they're in the right. I returned checks because I didn't want this loan, and they credited them!? I reported the problem to the Complaints department, explaining the dispute with the branch, but

After moving to Paris, I struggled for a long time to communicate with BP Aura and arrange for the closure of my accounts. The staff has clearly evolved; my brand-new advisor was professional and responsive, and he resolved all my questions in record time. I now recommend this bank.

My registered letter has been returned to me. Apparently, no one has found the time to pick it up in 15 days... Closing an account is already complicated and time-consuming enough; if they don't even collect their mail, it'll never end!

I agree with all the comments I've read. It's been over three months since I opened a joint account at this agency, and we're still waiting for the payment cards. It's practically impossible to get through to anyone; my advisor doesn't respond to my emails or calls. This is a complete rip-off; avoid this agency.

I can confirm, this branch is a disaster. They don't reply to emails, never answer the phone, and even they don't respond to private appointments for time-limited inquiries. They closed one of my accounts even though I didn't request or sign anything! And the receptionist sent me a sticky note to tell me about it! After reporting my card lost or stolen a few months ago, I was told at the beginning of the week that I would receive the new one quickly because I was about to leave the country. I received my new card at the very last minute at the end of the week... In fact, I received two credit cards even though I hadn't requested two. In my haste, I used one of the cards with the password I had received. The procedure had changed! There was one password for each card! No one had told me. Since it was new, I couldn't have known. So, one of my remaining cards ended up being swallowed by the post office where I'd tried to withdraw cash. I finally decided to find out where my card had gon
