I want to say that the Deputy Director was truly excellent in handling my mortgage application. Superb communication and very efficient. Beyond that, I've also had my business account with them for over 14 years and everything is running perfectly. Juan (the Deputy Director) is always efficient and responsive, in addition to being very friendly.
