I had a great experience with Bank of Ireland. The staff - especially the young and beautiful lady who served me - were absolutely polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently, and I really felt valued as a customer. It’s refreshing to receive such a high level of service – thank you!
In two years of banking at this branch I have yet to receive what I consider decent service. The staff appear to have received their customer care training in the Soviet Union. Surly, unhelpful and rude really sums up their attitude.
My 17 year old daughter needed proof of address for driving licence form. She went to high St branch kilkenny and they wouldn't print her copy of statement. Asked her to go and print statements at home from app. This was really bad service from her own branch when she really needed their help in an already stressful situation. Disgraceful customer service.
Phoned 3 weeks ago looking for my pin to be sent out to me. Never got it. Phoned the customer service multiple times left waiting for over half an hour each time and no answer. Went into the bank today to see if I could get it in person with ID. Can't be done. While in the shop was waiting a very long time and the covid guidelines were not adhered to at all. No sanitising. People not wearing mask and not being asked to. The man who "helped" me touch a lot of other things including other people's phones and cards before taking mine without sanitising his hands. And he was very rude. As a nurse who works on a covid ward I was not happy or comfortable to be there at all but felt very disappointed to see the lack of compliance with government guidelines.
Thanks Jason Walsh for the great service with our Mortgage queries. Much appreciated 5 stars service Regards, Dalvinder Singh
