Terrible branch. Don't recommend it as I was standing next to other people waiting to be helped and wasn't even greeted or acknowledged after being there for 10 minutes. Customer service and respect for others needs to be improved urgently. Then I was finally helped by a really nice lady but this problem is clearly a case of bad management. That particular day there were a lot of people there because the apps were all not working.

While lack of staff training is to be expected here, it is beyond shocking that the branch manager is unaware of documentation relating to mortgage, issued by the very same bank of Ireland. The response for a witness signature request, that is to witness someone signing a bank of Ireland document, showed absolute lack of knowledge and credibility to the matter. No one was sure what was going on, and one passing it from one person to the next, owing to fear of accountability due to absolute ignorance. This is rather concerning, as it was their own official documentation, and more so when reaching the Bank manager. I strongly urge anyone to pursue other branches before going with this one, they are clueless on simple matters. They will however, reset your PIN number for you - that's a no brainer!

Really good work team. Kind, understanding, helpful. Many times they helped me and protected me from fraudulent people by sending on my email address messages for warning. Thank you Team Bank of Ireland. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥂

Super helpful staff! Especially Jeiffret! I have forgotten to do a couple of things before coming into branch with my request, but he went out of his way to help me sort it out. And his colleague Sabrina! Very much appreciated.
