Having had an account with me for my business since 2018, I've had several advisors, some very good and one bad, but the manager handled the issue very well. For some time now, we've had Alexis MIN as our advisor, and everything is going very well. We needed someone responsive and personable, and that's exactly what he is. Hopefully, this will continue.

Mr. Min, who now manages our accounts, is very professional, always kind, and demonstrates a great ability to explain things clearly. He responds quickly to my requests and is always available in case of an emergency. We are very satisfied with the relationship of trust that has been established.

A customer of this bank since I was 14, I had no problems until my advisor left. I'm being bounced from advisor to advisor without any prior notice, of course. My account was supposed to be closed on November 8th, but I'm told my advisor is on sick leave and that staff shortages prevent me from being given priority. The problem is the advisors... they're there but not there. And the customers wait. Avoid this bank at all costs. Waiting so long for a closure that was planned months in advance...
