This is the second time I've had a terrible experience at this branch. I wasn't informed of the required documents, and after an hour, my request wasn't processed, and I was told to make another appointment. Furthermore, today, December 22nd, the bearded gentleman refused to make a transfer for a notarial deed worth almost half a million złoty. He suggested I sit back, call the hotline, and then do it myself. He argued this was due to the potential commission he would have to charge (which is a whopping 9 złoty, but he didn't disclose that!). He didn't ask for my details or the amount involved, but simply urged me to call the hotline. This is the height of laziness and unprofessionalism. The only reason I wanted to make this transfer was to avoid entering the wrong account number, as the amount isn't the lowest. I've been considering transferring my accounts from this bank for some time now, because their customer service is a joke.

The branch was very nice and welcoming. The mortgage advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly, which is rare these days. However, I'll also say that the mortgage agreement provisions are the most pro-consumer of any bank I've ever been to.
