I am never happy to write bad reviews but if I experience the same situation almost everytime then in hope of betterment I have to. At UBL Malir Cantt branch I have always seen a pathetic staff behaviour towards the customers, bad customer management, incomplete knowledge of the current banking regulations, no interest in solving customer problems infact trying to get rid of the customers with problems and smile less rigit faces of the bank staff.
