I'm going to be factual and not name names. The situation has been at a standstill for six months following a change in the account manager and wealth advisor for my 92-year-old mother, for reasons I don't understand and which were poorly explained to me. The new manager rarely responds to emails, seldom has time to take my calls, and goes on vacation without any regard for the proper execution of her clients' requests. The new wealth advisor is completely silent… The branch manager can/will only be contacted by email. How brave! And in the middle of all this, the reception staff are incredibly kind, truly, and doing their very best. I feel so sorry for them, poor things. Thank you to Mr. P. who resolved the situation this morning, but I fear the problem is still not solved. Any explanations, any apologies…?
