Very unfavorable opening hours. As someone who works from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., I have no chance of getting anything done unless I take the day off! These days, even offices are taking this into account. Shameful.
As a bank customer, I feel embarrassed by the customer service. After informing them of the situation and requesting assistance due to the need for same-day access, I was threatened with financial penalties from the bank. At 1:45 PM, the customer service representative informed me that they wouldn't be able to assist me today because they were working until 3 PM and that an appointment could be scheduled in the future. She didn't acknowledge that I needed to do this today and that it wasn't my fault.
Super helpful lady. Very nice. I managed to get everything sorted out.
