The customer service is very nice. Especially at the reception. I was struggling to connect to my account and got help in no time. She was very helpful and professional while in the previous banks the staff was not very helpful nor bearable. All together the bank is very efficient and transfers are easy peezy lemon squeezy. 10/10 I recommend.

The customer service and banker were super efficient. After going from bank to bank for 2 weeks (new to France from the US, in paris on a work contract), I finally was able to open my account in about 15 minutes. The bank had some reasonable requirements(I.D, previous international bank statements, US tax form, social security, employment contract) and understood that it was time sensitive. I’ve tried 7 other banks during the past 2 weeks- none of them was able to open it- and don’t even get me started with the online banking options— they have 0 common sense, and asked for a RIB to open the account when my only purpose in opening an account in France was to get a RIB.
