Worst branch ever today we went there for challan submission from intermediate board office so there's an very long line of students to submit challan but still only single counter were opened for challan submission while 2nd country was closed. I've to wait 1:30 hour while students who came after me has waited more than 2+ hours

UBL officially have so many positive things Also omni make easy the banking life but few agents they cannot provide the satisfied service to customers. UBL should have appoint merit basis staff not parchi system and provide good and complete training to his staff until staff should have ability to resolve the matter(s).
