Poor customer service. Lack of sufficient staff. Always overcrowded due to lack of cashiers. Un-cooperative with every request. Highly unsafe due to frequent robberies outside the bank.

UBL is one of top Bank in Pakistan. But the Branch Located at North Nazimabad Matric Board Office, near Saima Bridge View Flats serving worst services all the time.... More then 3 times visit for a work and staff is not cooperative.

Worst bank of Karachi Illiterate management and staff. Zero building maintenance. I was standing just with the door to submit examination fee. Someone opened the glass entrance door and left the bank,the glass door came back very fast and just broke into pieces which fell inside on the people. Thankfully I was saved by Allah's grace,my Jean's pants were thick,else glass would have cut a nerve. A boy standing next to me got injured,he was bleeding fast but even that wasn't enough to bother the branch manager,they didn't even call an ambulance for the poor boy. These people have no work ethic and worse no humanity.
