I arrived at the bank five minutes before closing to make a simple request adding a co-owner to my account. Instead of being helped, I felt like an inconvenience. The staff seemed frustrated and eager to leave, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. This interaction really reflected poorly on how customers are treated. ING, I must say I’m very disappointed!

Bank, personal/ business accounting firm. Staff speak English and Polish both the language. Highly recommended. Good service .

She guided me through the account opening process with clarity and professionalism, and took the time to thoroughly explain how to navigate the ING mobile app. Her friendly attitude and clear communication made everything smooth and stress-free.
