The blonde lady with glasses at the register is clearly working as a punishment, because I've never encountered such a rude and constantly grumpy customer service representative. Interestingly, her attitude changes significantly, and she starts making jokes and snickers whenever she realizes a customer is handling larger amounts. I don't know if this annoys or amuses me more.

I'd like to share my experience with ING Bank in Gorzów. I came to the branch with a problem because the account that was supposed to be closed was still active, and I received a new card for it. I had previously reported this issue to the hotline, but no one informed me that the services were still active. The branch employee, although she acknowledged my complaint, didn't take it seriously. When I asked if she could close the card to avoid further fees, she replied that I could do so through online banking, but since the account was supposed to be closed, I couldn't. As a result, the branch employee was completely helpless. Only after contacting the hotline was the card blocked and the problem resolved. The hotline employee was surprised by the service at the Gorzów branch. It's a shame this branch is the only one in the city, as the bank itself isn't the worst, but the quality of service at this branch leaves much to be desired.

The service at this bank is disrespectful to its customers. Opening hours are listed until 5:00 PM, but I arrived at 4:40 PM, and the doors were locked. I saw staff inside, but no one answered the door, even though I clearly indicated the opening hours. Employees pointed me to the door instead of helping me. If a bank closes early, it should be clearly marked on the door. I came here from another city, where this bank isn't located, to take care of my business, and unfortunately, I wasted several hours traveling and returning for nothing. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time.
