It's a shame we can't give ZERO stars. This bank is run by incompetents and managed by incompetents. The ATM for cash deposits took part of my money due to a glitch. They told me they'd call me back to collect it. When they finally called, they gave me ONE day to come and collect MY MONEY. But people actually WORK, not everyone has a crappy job with rigid office hours. Some people work 12-hour days and aren't available. My husband goes there for me; he has my debit card, my ID, and a power of attorney, and they refuse to help him get MY MONEY. It's high time they shut down this crappy bank, THE WORST BANK IN FRANCE. THERE ARE ALWAYS PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

Hello I am not a customer of La Banque Postale. Yesterday, Wednesday, November 26, 2025, I withdrew €30 from the ATM, but no money was dispensed; I was debited €30. Please reply to my message and tell me how to recover my money. I live an hour and a half from your bank. I don't see a phone number. Sincerely

We had an appointment today, confirmed two weeks ago, but unfortunately, the advisor wasn't available. The gentleman who greeted us at reception asked us to go to another branch in Boulogne, near Marie, because an advisor was available there. We went, and it turns out they don't even know we were transferred. Our appointment is normally at 3 p.m., and we're waiting about an hour, including travel time. We're very disappointed. La Banque Postale always has problems, both online and in person. Not to mention their lack of organization.

I'd gladly give it a 0. I came to drop off two registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt on November 14th for important legal matters. With no news, it turned out that both letters were lost and that I'm now past the deadline for these two matters, one of which concerned the labor court and compensation I was due to receive. Well done, really! I gave the letters to a young man who was standing at the right-hand stand and who left them in the room right next to the stand. You wonder where they went... honestly, trust the post office! I'm waiting for compensation in addition to the refund. A word of advice: go elsewhere.

On December 6, 2022, I tried to make a withdrawal from the ATM installed on the street. It took too long to validate the transaction, I canceled the transaction, and therefore I didn't receive the bills. However, to my great surprise, I saw on my app that I had the bills in hand when I made the transaction, and that my account had been debited! I immediately complained to the post office, where the employee reassured me and told me he would call me back tomorrow so I could collect my bills, explaining that this is a common occurrence, according to him. Having received no news, I went there the next day to collect the bills, and I was told he didn't have any bills, which was very surprising, because customer service told me that the bank checks the cash register every day. To date, December 10, no one has called me back, even though they should have found the excess of €240 that I haven't received. Well done Banque Postale 😡🤬
