The manager is unprofessional and shows no respect for customers. Seeing her leave her office, I asked her, "Excuse me!" She didn't respond, so I said, "Excuse me, ma'am!" I received a response: "The lady is busy," without a glance or a "Please wait, I'll be right back." I still waited for at least 10 minutes with my crying baby in my arms. She didn't look in my direction for a single second. So I left without getting an answer. I will therefore be leaving this bank, whose staff is unfortunately poorly trained.
