La Banque Postale 2 Place Pierre Mendès France Castelnau-le-Lez

I am extremely disappointed by my visit to this La Banque Postale branch. The staff's behavior was clearly unprofessional: colleagues were mocking customers and making inappropriate remarks to each other, audible from the reception area. In a bank, a minimum of respect, discretion, and professionalism is expected. Witnessing this kind of behavior gives a very bad impression of the bank and completely undermines trust. I left with a feeling of unease and a complete lack of consideration for customers. This experience needs serious improvement.

I made an appointment with Mr. Robin at La Banque Postale to apply for a mortgage. After going there and submitting all the documents, I discovered that the appointment was only for collecting my personal information... which a simple online form could have handled. Mr. Robin then informed me that he needed to scan the documents (in 2025!) so that another agent could contact me. I explained that I was in a hurry and needed a quick response. His response: "I give up." This attitude was incomprehensible and a complete waste of time.

Houria took excellent care of me for an international parcel delivery. Very available, friendly, and professional, she went above and beyond to make things easier for me and find the most cost-effective shipping solution, without worrying about the time we spent together. A truly positive professional experience; well done, keep up the good work!
