Somewhat poor service. Service next to door are usless. They won't do ur biometric if they dnt want to. 3 Cash counters. Only 1 works. And slow. Only two tables operational which is on level 1. Opposite to manager's office. That sir and madam works only.

It's been more than 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my bank account to get activated. I went there with a bank manager reference and also I requested them that it's an urgency, I need it in 2-3 days Don't know when our country will compete with the first world specifically in customer service and in general overall 😔
