They give you spoiled USD banknotes (damaged with water, painted, etc). Happens second time to me here. You don’t always see it when you take the notes from them, but when you try to use the banknotes in any bank, including this exact branch of PKO, you will get refused. And even cash-in ATMs won’t take them as “non-recognizable”. Beware of the scammers.

Hand in glove with Online scamsters world worldwide . Complete disregard for law and zero communication. Our company got looted out of a big amount of money by a phishing scam. Miscreant holds account in this bank, Legal case was filed in Poland , polish attorney general office ruled in our favour to return the money . Bank returned about ten percent less amount , no explanation no reason , no replies to messages .official complaint has been lodged but no response to any email , calls also hve no response .
