Branch is located in important locality but services r not upto the mark. Slow in responding, main thing is noted today that water dispenser was not present in hall to facilitate customers but placed in side of its dining area, I was feeling very thirsty n disappointed that not found water when I was in real need due to very hot day today in khi, whether this is for facilitation of customers or staff, it's misconduct of care taking/supervisory management.

Staff's behavior, like Govt.departments very slow,they should provide personalized services, seen customer,who needs help in filling slips etc, someone should check or observe who needs help.

Pathetic service. They made me provide biometric, appointment letter, CNIC, and electricity bill of the house I live in, AND THEY STILL GOT MY ADDRESS WRONG. Now they want me to come in to do the biometric again. This is what incompetence looks like. At the very least stay open on Saturday for ppl to come in and deal with your mistakes!
