I had one of my worst experiences concerning banking services. The lady in charge of acceuil desk gave wrong information about my new adviser, from her name, her email up to her phone number. Worst of all, she even didn't know where my advisor is working. She didn't help me to set the new password for the app. She was so rude as to tell me that she doesn't have time to waste on me. I don't know what was her time for if not to answer the clients. Especially when you aren't a resident of France and have just a limited time to spend in Paris. I wish no one would experience a similar thing as I did. I am still feeling humiliated and hurt with no progress in my banking problem s.

Thanks for restoring access to my checking account today. The person at the front desk in Paris was very helpful and professional in assisting me in setting up a new PIN with the appropriate validation that I was actually who I claimed to be. This is a wonderful improvement in your US customer service at the Latam Russia International location. She also went further by setting up mailing of monthly statements to my Paris address. Keep up the excellent service.

Terrible, expensive service. My conseillère changes constantly. I have to harass them in order to get answers to my calls and emails. I spent months trying to get them to change my address and phone number, as I can't do on their website. The people who answer the general line tried to help me, but never understood my situation well enough to be of real help. I had to call the complaints line in order to finally understand what was going on. BNP should be used to having international clients but they send emails that don't apply to me. They also change their terms and prices often, but that information is only ever sent to my online account, instead of to my email address. Their website doesn't work well in my usual browser, Firefox. Avoid this bank at all costs.
