I went to this Fineco branch yesterday for a problem and I found kind and helpful people and I solved it.

I wanted to report the lack of courtesy I received today from one of your employees. I simply asked for information on how to pay the TARI tax MYSELF at the cash register. She rudely told me to come back tomorrow when the registers are open. I should point out that I'm not completely senile, and I use her more than once a year. I'm not expecting the red carpet, but I think a minimum of politeness and courtesy is what you'd expect. Sincerely, Stefania Ferretti

It was a nightmare. I had to close an account. I made an appointment, and once I got there, they told me to come back the next day because the cashier was closed in the afternoon (I wondered why I'd make an appointment to close an account if they couldn't, but I didn't ask too many questions). The next morning, I went back at 9:15, took their number, and they helped me right away. It all seemed fine except for the fact that they told me to wait because something was blocked and they couldn't do anything. The fact remains that I waited for an hour at the bank with 30 people walking past me with no explanation or anything. Please take the morning off and be prepared to go there at least twice, otherwise they won't even consider you.
