I urge the CEO of Fineco to appear incognito at this branch, simply to inquire about transactions available at the Fineco branch. The insolence and gratuitous arrogance of the person present at the branch today, June 23, 2020, at 10:30/11:00 a.m., rudely slammed my wife simply because she asked if she could deposit a check into her Fineco account opened online the previous evening. He also warned her, as if she were a robber or a plague victim, not to enter the store. A horrible experience for my wife, to whom I had recommended Fineco; unspeakable, a grave affront to the efforts of those who work so hard, like the Fineco staff who helped me open my account the night before. I hope this person is "re-educated" or placed in another area where he cannot harm either Fineco or the patience of—I believe and hope—its important customers.
A consultant who doesn't know "3D safe" is embarrassing, I would review the staff.
