Contrary to what indicates the back is open Saturday 9am to 13pm, no one there…time wasting!

The app is terrible. On the home page, in the card view, the "suspend" button for those cards is in the wrong position because it's often inadvertently pressed when using the phone with a finger or thumb. It needs to be changed... Regarding the issue, the call center doesn't know how to provide assistance and says you have to do it yourself. Obviously, if you have problems, you're on your own.
I'm currently standing in front of the branch on Saturday, August 31, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. Contrary to what was posted, the branch is closed and there's no one there. I understand...but at least there should be a warning sign like the one on Corso Vercelli...
