After making me an appointment in 2 weeks, I went and they didn't even want to open me an normal bank account!!! Usles bank. The next day I went to ING. They made me an account in the same day. It's totally better services.

The receptionist was so rude and couldn't help me with helpful assist... Also they never reply in the phone.
