Very disturbing bank. Closed my account without any reason. You cannot go to the help desk without any appointments. Imagine if some emergency happens? The reciption/help desk service is poor as ever. The receptionist woman’s behaviour is very rude. She didn’t explain any reason. The way she talked was kinda racism. I don't recommend to open an account with this disgusting bank. It’s really annoying.
They only take people on appointment and when you call the number no one aswer. These people have the worst service ever. They send you a mail they threaten you to cut the service if you didn't take an appointment and they gives you e mail to contact them and when you send e mail you never get a reply. To make story short it is hard to get to the bank to do any paperwork with them they make you feel like a begger good luck with them.
Without an appointment, you can do nothing here. If you have any other choices, please choose other banks!
Friendly staff with professional service
It has now been nine months since I opened an account with them, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the outset, I have been faced with an unresponsive and unpleasant customer service department, which is absolutely not what one would expect from a major bank that is supposed to inspire trust and professionalism. Every time I have needed help or information, I have received curt, sometimes condescending, and often incomplete replies. Getting even a simple case update or a clear explanation is an uphill battle. Processing times are interminable, and the employees are sorely lacking in professionalism and customer service skills. There is a blatant lack of interest in customers when requesting information or following up on their cases. When you call the customer service number, you are immediately connected to an AI that fails to recognize or understand your needs. I can't even imagine how confused and disoriented elderly people, unfamiliar with this
