Terrible! I made an appointment for the cash register over a week ago. I asked for time off from work and specified the reason for the appointment. No one called to let me know the cash register service was unavailable; I only found out when I went. They directed me to the Via Ostiense branch, where they refused to see me due to the lack of cash register services there (as well), clearly telling me: "They made the mistake of directing you here. The Via Caffaro branch is incompetent." Shameful and terrible.

I've been trying to make an appointment with the manager for days, and no one's answering the phone. I've tried 50 times at odd hours. Then you go up front and they won't let you in because you have to make an appointment by phone. Is this a scam?
