A bunch of clowns that send you from one branch to another and then back because they desperately don't want to do their job. Not even an attempt to help or explain why they can't.
I took out 20€ revolut card without fee
Only ATM is outside and give you largest bills possible. The bank does not carry cash so you are stuck.
Every time I needed, I was heard and was given a proper answer. My messages sent by email were answered. I know we are still living in the time of the pandemic. Therefore, there is still certain procedures connected with the current situation. This is a small branch, but feel blessed by my manager, who always helps me in whatever I need.
