I switched banks in April. Axa refused to carry out the bank switch. When I insisted they do it, they were rude and absolutely unfriendly. I had to make an appointment (but they're never open when I can). And they refused to respond to my request. A bank switch is binding; it's a document I signed and sent to them via my new bank through Bankswitch. According to Bankswitch, everything is closed, and according to Axa, I have to come in.
I am a customer of AXA, but not at this branch. It is the closest to my home since moving, so I do drop in occasionally hoping to get help with very simple things like updating an address or depositing cash. I have literally not received any useful information there once, let alone help. Everything is impossible, and every time you are treated as if you are asking a truly exceptionally difficult question.
