Do NOT withdraw money at their ATM! There's something wrong with the mechanism that returns your card after the operation. I could see my card was on its way back but it never reached a position where I could actually grab it. Then the machine "retained the card for security reasons". It's appalling that the bank does not do the required maintenance to keep its machines in a working state.
