Place to avoid, I had a credit contract and then I wanted to discuss the revision of the rates but unfortunately they are not serious, just kindness but a lot of lies and some people seem very busy, and postpone for next month each time, under the pretext that the rate will certainly decrease, however this is not true

I called to make a transfer, they told me to arrive before 5:00 p.m. Once there (3:50 p.m.), I was told that they had closed the cash registers. The woman at the reception told me that they close the cash registers at 4:00 p.m., on the phone I was told 5:00 p.m., and at 3:50 p.m. it was still closed. A lack of professionalism. A disgrace.
