First and foremost, I wanted to say that this is my first Google review and that I do not do this normally. This branch is extremely inexperienced and the tellers are not able to process requests efficiently or effectively. The trainees that they have are not trained and are novices at their job, understandably, but they simply do not know what they are doing. I was standing at this branch for an hour and the request that I made was not even processed! Eventually the manager came and told me that the mistakes that the trainee had made could not be fixed quickly and would take time to rectify. They need to train the trainees better before they are deployed. Simple as that. This experience was ridiculous. Never coming back to this branch ever again.
If you are a foreigner AVOID THIS BANK LIKE A PLAGUE!!! I had to open a bank account, they held me for two months and after all the waiting they gave me a card of my account without my name and even CVC!!! And they didn’t warn me before about all of this
Every single thing taking eternity to process. Staff is inexperienced, always calling the manager to the rescue. Super bad customer experience.
