九唔搭八，做事慢，long wait. The counter said last week that I don’t need HKID to open an account, scheduled an appointment for the week after, I waited an hour even with a scheduled appointment and then they told me I do in fact need an HKID card. What??? Misinformation, poorly trained staff, slow service.
Came here on the 1st of august, lunch hour. Girl who stands at the front door has such a stank and dirty attitude it’s appalling. If you don’t like your job,quit. Don’t give us 黑臉
It is located near by MTR and is very convenient.
SLOW AND WORST SERVICE
The place is not too big, but it is newly renovated and the staff are polite.
