That’s the worst bank in Wanchai area, the line was more 25 people and they only have “2” counter to serve clients, it is absolutely ridiculous, it happened like that not only one time , I have been there few times within a month, never got improved! Now it’s already 11:30 am. I hope the management team can fix that problem! Otherwise you will lose all the clients as the other banks’ service is way better than yours! 😬
Large, very spacious Bank branch spread out over several floors. Large size allows for the branch to offer relaxing space to pass time until your number is called.
I encountered unprofessional staff who provided incorrect information and wasted my visit. I needed to call up customer service myself to resolve the problem. But they are in general in good manners
