BBVA 240 Calle de Serrano Chamartín

If I could give zero, I would do. Not the first time I come here, and they don't have any empathy towards their clients. I understand they don't speak English, but trying to help your client is their responsibility as a customer service. Additionally, for more than 3 days trying to speak with anyone (advisors, call centre, visiting the branch) to get information about a loan in English and it's not possible. Imagine in such a big financial institution that you will not find a single person who can help you with English. Really impressed.

Service is mediocre, and compared to Asian banks, abysmal. This office opens at 8:30, but that's not true. The doors are not open. I'm beginning to believe that 8:30 is either a suggested time, or the time employees clock in.

The worst bank branch I have ever seen in my life. People in the bank just do not want to work, they have no idea what’s going on. Just so stupid. I am speechless. I don’t know where to begin. I don’t know if it’s all BBVA or just this branch, but you better not open an account with them. I had 6 encounters with them and all of them zero rating

No tienen vergüenza. Llevo casi una hora esperando a ser atendida para hacer u pago que hacienda me obliga a hacer en este banco. Han estado pasando a todos los que entraban x la puerta antes que a mí y a otros que llevaban más tiempo que yo, bajo la excusa de que no somos clientes suyos. Si no nos van a atender, que no hagan esos conciertos con entidades públicas para que hagamos el pago en su banco. A la cajera le traia sin cuidado lo que le pedíamos: que nos atendiera, y alegaba que la máquina llama a los números de forma aleatoria. Ni se lo cree ella UN HORROR DE BANCO Y UN HORROR DE SUCURSAL SERRANO 240.
