Extremely slow service.

My husband has passed away, and it's impossible to contact them because I'm not a customer. I left my phone number so they could schedule an appointment, but they haven't called me back. I emailed the manager, Ingrid, at the Cardenal Herrera Oria branch, but she hasn't replied or called me back. Another thing to complain about: my husband had an account for over 22 years and religiously deposited his salary into it. Well, now that he's passed away and I'm still sorting out his estate, last month they charged him €40 for account maintenance. Just like that! The bank never loses. They have no scruples, not even with a deceased person. I hope I can finally close this account. I'd have to be born again to trust this bank.

The cashier, an older woman with short hair, provided terrible service. I only had one question to ask because the cashier wasn't offering the option to pay the fee, and there was no one else at the counter. She was quite rude and wouldn't even let me speak.

Changing the opening hours because I arrived at 2:04 PM and was told you were already closed, meaning you weren't open until 2:15 PM, is incorrect. Furthermore, the cashier, who in this case told me her hours were until 2:00 PM, was incredibly rude and spoke to me in an unacceptable way. I understand she's fed up and wants to go home, but there are ways and ways of saying things, and if the sign says you're open until 2:15 PM, your obligation is to serve customers until that time. It's deplorable.

I went to withdraw dividends from some shares and was served by a woman with glasses and short hair, who was unfriendly and unpleasant. She refused to give them to me, claiming that "I didn't have an account with BBVA," even though I had a securities account linked to a relative's account. She didn't even bother to explain and dismissed me rudely. I've already rushed to transfer the funds from that account to my own bank so I don't have to endure this treatment anymore and so that, for good, I'm no longer a BBVA customer and cease to be one of their clients altogether.
