I am from Ukraine and I have an account with BBVA. Now during the war in Ukraine I need access to my account more than ever but customer service is extremely unhelpful. My card expired in December and nobody even contacted me to issue a new one. I requested for the card and 3 timed it got sent to the wrong address regardless of multiple calls and emails to BBVA. Now I finally managed to get the card delivered to me, but it was deactivated by the bank for no reason and without informing me. Customer service cannot provide and information or solution. I filed 2 official complains to RECLAMACIONES CLIENTES and still it was not solved. This is unacceptable. Can anybody help me?

The Worst Bank ever! they are not the Bank they used to be. with all the Commission they charge on your account for maintaing the account for years, not even a simple sign and seal they will not accomodate, so dissapointed and betrayed. Choose other bank like Caixabank, they are not perfect either but undestanding and accesible.

If I could give this bank a negative star, I would give it -5 stars ⭐ The service is incredibly slow; there's only one person working and another who just arrived from outside with shopping bags. It took them 45 minutes to help a customer, and after waiting for over an hour, they told me they couldn't help. I've been using this bank for over 6 years, and if I'm going to switch banks, it will definitely be this branch. Maybe I'm just a drop in the ocean for the customer they have, but one drop in the ocean over the next 5 years will cost them a lot of customers. Very bad 😞

Monday, October 1st. A man, who wasn't even a fool, tried to scam me by telling me that to open an account, I had to take out insurance of €900 a year. Haven't Spanish banks scammed people enough? You don't learn, do you?
