Slow services, worst staff. No professionalism what so ever. Their system is ALWAYS down. I only came to receive my ATM card after calling and confirming that it has arrived in the branch and still I had to wait an hour, and still I didn’t get it. Bank closed and i had to go because time was running low! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING AN ACCOUNT IN UBL.

Worst service of all time man!! Like literally they got the slowest freaking services/ computers that one could even imagine The most uncooperative staff everrrr We waited for this Naila ma'am for like 30+ mins before she came and the branch closed. Omfg!

One of big and better banks of Pakistan. Have branches outside of country as well. This particular branch is in PWD main road. Easily accessible with parking available outside.
