I'm giving this branch 3 stars because the greeter was really friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the teller wasn't as great. She eventually got me what I wanted, but I had to insist. Instead of offering me my solution and showing me other ways I could've solved my problem; she jumped immediately into me solving it myself, without offering to do it for me at the branch since I was there already!
