The other banks nearby will try to scam you and waste your time. Was quoted 3.86 after going through a bunch of paper work at the other place. This bank gave me the rate and waiting number as soon as I walked in. It was 30 minute late I came back 25 mins later but missed my number. Lady was nice and gave me a priority ticket and I was next.

Service efficiency is not very good at this point of time, They seem not understand the service diversion can accelerate efficiently, I am waiting in a long line wasting a lot of my time, The estimated queue time is a different story, Don’t know how they run a bank so good, Besides, the impatience index on the customers' faces is skyrocketing to me, right at the moment as we're all sitting or standing here waiting. I didn't hear my number called because I was wearing headphones, so I missed number 1. I wanted to go to the front desk to draw a new number, but the security guard scolded me, saying, "You always do this. Always keep an eye on your number!" I was baffled. How could I always do this?! This was my first time. I think you could improve your staff training. I was holding my number to ask for help, not to be scolded. You're supposed to help customers with their next steps, not to berate them like dogs. The quality of banks on Zhuangjing Road is getting worse! Also, your first ATM is incredibly slow. Customers die before they're processed. Can you replace it? You make so much money, but you're not willing to buy a new one. And during break times, there's absolutely no ventilation or air conditioning. Are you trying to overheat the customers? Even Shopee's smart store is cooler than yours.
