A big branch at the corner of the busy street. Inside it is roomy and cozy for customers to wait. Their service is good and the staff is friendly. Having this division here is convenient for resident around since it is not easy to find one!

The security guard was very polite and proactively guided and assisted with our transactions (having visited several private banks, I highly recommend this guard's service). Although our process took a long time, bank staff not only offered bottled water to waiting customers but also opened counters on the second floor to expedite the process, reducing waiting time. We felt the bank's efforts. Despite the long wait, the experience was positive; after all, it's always best to be cautious when dealing with financial matters.

The beautiful and friendly receptionist, resembling a Japanese celebrity, provided attentive service and handled fraud prevention with great care and thoroughness.

The staff were all very nice. However, the counter was incredibly small, and they would ask for personal information while they were working, which was loud enough for everyone to hear, even if they spoke quietly. There were people waiting behind and next to them. There were no partitions. Because it was so small, there was a whole line of people waiting for their numbers at the back.

I didn't know what to do and felt a little scared. 20221219 (Mon) 19:53 I came to withdraw cash today and found a corner where homeless people can hide. I placed three potted plants there.
