Lately the guard is giving a different waiting line for foreign workers (all of the staff can speak english so I don't see any reason for them to open just ONE counter for us) the waiting time is 2hours, it wasn't like this before, it is kinda discriminating because they prioritize other people when we are all here as their customer. I hope that they will do something about this.
These guys are amazing. I had questions about credit cards, bank accounts, and investing accounts, and 吳怡萱 (Ms. Wu) on the second floor spent more than an hour helping me sort everything out. Made a huge difference!
