After an inter-bank transfer failed because of wrong info on the receiver's end, this Fubon branch called to say I had to show up in person to cancel or correct the transaction. If I didn't show within three days, the branch told me, they would just keep the amount of my transfer once the other bank set it back.
It was worst experience in this branch.. The female incharge lady very bad attitude..Very lazy to do service for coustomers
If you have an ARC and are trying to transfer money, go to another Fubon branch. This branch complicates the process and takes an hour. Other branches, you fill out the form, meet with the teller and can usually be leaving the bank after about 15 minutes.
Ms. Xie at counter C1 was very kind and had a sweet smile. She was very patient with older gentlemen like myself and clearly explained the required documents, which made me feel very warm.
I went to the counter today to exchange for new banknotes. I think it was counter C5 (on the far left). The lady at that counter was very nice and patient. Thank you for your patient explanation.
