I have a account in this branch but i am not satisfied with their services. They don't know the procedures have to like seriously go through the whole procedure to let them understand how it works. UBL was once a name in excellent customer services but now its been degrading day by day the branches and its staff doesn't even stay long everytime i visit the staff is changed and everything the experience are pathetic.

Worst branch ever non cooperative staff don't know what are they doing and they will make you do #Khawaris don't open your account in this branch of UBL they are not incapable of doing transaction
