Terrible service, just like the person who runs it. They are very rude. I waited an hour when there were only four people in line. Several people came in after me, and they were served first. Besides that, the people at the establishment are very rude and don't provide adequate service or just give me the runaround. The girl who helped me was disrespectful.

The worst service I've ever received. The staff, to avoid offending and being as rude as they are, will never go back! The worst service from the executives, who are anything but executives! They're just ordinary employees with no knowledge of customer service! Thank God there are other branches that do provide good service.
